🛒 Ordering

How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog, choose your product, size, and color, add any personalization (name, text, or photo where available), preview, and check out. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — but please be quick. Because every item is made to order, production can begin soon after checkout. Email support@gradette.com within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once production starts, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
Yes. For orders of 10+ items — events, teams, gifts, or resale — email support@gradette.com for custom pricing.

🎨 Personalization

How does personalization work?
On products that support it: (1) choose your product, size, and color; (2) add your text, name, or upload a photo; (3) pick options like color or font where available; (4) hit Preview to see the exact design; (5) add to cart. Not everything is personalized — many items are ready-made designs you can buy as-is.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Use a high-resolution image (at least 1MB) that's well-lit and in focus. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered photos, and match the orientation (portrait or landscape) shown in the product preview for the best result.
Can I see my design before I pay?
Yes. For personalized products, our live preview shows your exact design — text, photo, and colors — before checkout. What you approve is what we print.
What if I made a typo on a personalized item?
Please check your preview carefully — what you approve is what prints. If you spot a mistake, email support@gradette.com within 2 hours of ordering and we'll try to catch it before production begins.

🚚 Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All orders are printed and shipped from our 3 U.S. fulfillment centers (California, Texas, and Pennsylvania). Your order is routed to the hub nearest you.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed before 4 PM PST (Mon–Fri) start printing the same day. At checkout you can choose:
  • Economy: 4–8 business days
  • Standard: 3–5 business days
  • Express: 2–3 business days
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Allow 1–3 days for the carrier to scan and update tracking after it's sent.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding — reach out at support@gradette.com if you'd like to be notified when international shipping goes live.

📦 Products

What are your products made of?
We use quality materials across the catalog — soft, durable cotton and cotton blends for apparel; ceramic and stainless steel for drinkware; archival, fade-resistant inks for posters and canvas; and sturdy, everyday-ready materials for bags and accessories. Full details are on each product page.
How do I choose the right size?
Sizing varies by product, so each product page includes its own size chart and measurements — check it before ordering for the best fit. Still unsure? Email support@gradette.com and we'll help.
How should I care for my items?
For apparel, machine wash cold inside-out and tumble dry low to keep prints looking vibrant. For drinkware, hand washing is recommended to extend print life. Any product-specific care notes are listed on the product page.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Ready-made (non-personalized) items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Because personalized and made-to-order custom items are unique to you, they're final sale — except in the case of a defect or our error. To start a return, email support@gradette.com.
My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
We're sorry about that! Email support@gradette.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need another 2–8 days to post the funds to your account.

💳 Payment & Security

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption, and we never store your card details on our servers.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout on eligible orders, letting you split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.
