Production and delivery timing can vary by product. The product page and checkout will show the information available for the item and destination you choose.
Production and processing
Personalized and made-to-order items may enter production soon after an order is accepted. Review every name, date, photo, message, size, material option, and shipping address before ordering.
Delivery estimates
Available destinations, shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Carrier delays and address issues can affect delivery after an order leaves production.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a shipping label is created.
Orders needed for a fixed date
Contact us before ordering for a memorial service, anniversary, or other fixed date. A displayed estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. Changes are not guaranteed after production or fulfillment has started.
