SHIPPING & HANDLING

All Gradette products are shipped from the USA. We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding postal holidays), and we can get your order out of our warehouse within 1 business day!

Business Days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office.

During peak graduation season (April–June), processing may take up to 2 business days due to high order volume.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

  • Economy Shipping: Delivery in 4–8 business days. $9.99 + $4 for each additional item
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 3–5 business days. $12.99 + $5 for each additional item
  • Express Shipping: Delivery in 2–3 business days. $17.99 + $6 for each additional item

At the moment, we are unable to ship to US Military bases (APO/FPO). We apologize for this inconvenience.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link for each item. Please allow 1–3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you by email. Once returned to our facility, we will refund the subtotal of your order. Refunds may take 2–8 business days to process by your bank.

Please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace and reship or issue a refund. Contact us at support@gradette.com.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please wait 24 hours then contact us for assistance.
