Production time
Every item is personalized and made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Holiday seasons (Nov–Dec) may add 1–3 days.
Shipping time
- United States: 3–8 business days after production
- Canada, UK, EU, Australia: 7–15 business days
- Other countries: 10–20 business days
Estimated delivery windows and rates are shown at checkout. Free US shipping on orders over $59.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when your package ships. You can also use our Track Order page.
Orders for a fixed date
Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. A displayed estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless confirmed in writing.
Address changes
Contact support@gradette.com as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipped.
