Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the seasonal and personalized nature of our graduation products (custom year markings, personalized text, etc.), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including size, color, personalization details, and shipping address.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive:
- A defective item
- A damaged item upon arrival
- The wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. In these cases, Gradette will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
ORDER ISSUES
If there is an issue with your order (missing items, wrong personalization, etc.), please email us at support@gradette.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A description of the problem
Our support team will review your case and respond within 1–2 business days.
REFUND PROCESSING
If a refund is approved (for defective/incorrect items only), it will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 2–8 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
