Submitting a claim

• A description of the protected work and proof of ownership
• The URL(s) of the product(s) in question
• Your full name, company, address, phone and email
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, made under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

We review every claim promptly and remove infringing listings when a claim is verified.
