Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below.
1. CANCELLATION WINDOW
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered production. To cancel, email us immediately at support@gradette.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancel Order #[your order number]".
2. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION
Send an email to support@gradette.com including:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Reason for cancellation (optional, helps us improve)
Our team will confirm whether cancellation is possible within 1 business hour during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST).
3. ORDERS THAT CANNOT BE CANCELLED
Once an order enters any of the following stages, it cannot be cancelled:
- In Production — Your sign is being printed
- Packaged — Your order is packaged and awaiting carrier pickup
- Shipped — Your order is in transit
Because our personalized products are made-to-order, we begin production quickly to meet delivery timelines. We recommend ordering only when you’re sure of your design.
4. ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Need to change a name, photo, or size? Contact us at support@gradette.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We can make changes if your order has not yet entered production. After that point, modifications are not possible.
5. REFUSED PACKAGES
If you refuse delivery of a package, the order will be returned to our fulfillment center. A restocking fee of $5.00 plus the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund. Refused packages may take 2–3 weeks to be processed.
